When you use our quote tools, enquiry forms or call the office we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your address or postcode so we know we cover you
• Details about the job, boiler type, property size, fault description, photos you send us
• Records of the work we carry out, certificates and invoices

To give you a price, book a survey or engineer visit, order parts, issue certificates and invoices, and follow up on your enquiry.

We keep service and safety records so we can remind you when an annual boiler service or F-Gas check is due. You can opt out of reminders at any time.

Only where it is needed to do the job: manufacturers for warranty registration, our finance partner if you apply for finance, Gas Safe or NICEIC for notification of notifiable work, and the software providers that run our booking, invoicing and customer records.

We never sell your details to third parties for marketing.

Job records, certificates and invoices are kept for at least six years to meet warranty, insurance and HMRC requirements. Enquiries that do not turn into work are removed after two years.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@georgios.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
