Parties
“We”, “us” or “our” refers to the company offering the free boiler.
“You” or “your” refers to the eligible homeowner accepting this offer.
- Eligibility Requirements
1.1 You must already have a live, working gas boiler installed at the property.
1.2 The property must have an adequate gas-supply pipe feeding the existing boiler.
1.3 The offer is limited to a “like-for-like” boiler replacement (i.e., same type of boiler, same location).
1.4 The property must be located within the SS postcode area in the United Kingdom.
1.5 The offer is not applicable to landlords or tenants. Only owner-occupiers may apply.
1.6 No cash alternative is available. The offer cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
1.7 The offer does not apply to installations involving materials containing asbestos.
1.8 The specification of the boiler and associated items will be predetermined and must be accepted by you. - Scope of the Offer
2.1 The offer includes:
a) The boiler unit (as specified)
b) Standard flue installation
c) Magnetic filter
d) Chemical flush of the system
e) Corrosion inhibitor treatment
f) Warranty registration of the boiler
g) Building-Control registration (where required).
2.2 In the case of combination (combi) boilers, the following additional items are included:
a) Scale reducer
b) Filling loop
c) Shock arrestor.
2.3 For regular (non-combi) boilers, items listed in clause 2.2 do not apply.
2.4 The offer does not include any scaffolding or work at height. If such work is required it may incur additional cost which will be your responsibility.
2.5 You may not change the location of the replacement boiler under this offer. - Survey & Consent
3.1 All installations are subject to a free survey by us, to confirm eligibility and compatibility of your existing system and property.
3.2 By accepting our offer you consent to video and photographic documentation of the entire installation process (before, during and after). - Cancellation & Condition Precedent
4.1 We reserve the right to cancel this free boiler offer at any time if any of the requirements set out in Sections 1 or 2 are not satisfied.
4.2 If our survey identifies that the property or system does not meet required standards (for example inadequate gas supply, presence of asbestos, need for scaffolding/height work, non-owner-occupier status, etc.), the offer may be withdrawn and you will bear no claim or liability against us for cancelling. - Additional Terms
5.1 The boiler and the associated items provided under this offer remain subject to all manufacturer warranties and standard installation compliance requirements (for example, registration, servicing, correct commissioning).
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property for our engineers on the installation date. If you fail to provide access and work is aborted, we reserve the right to charge abortive costs or treat the offer as terminated.
5.3 These Terms & Conditions may only be varied by a written agreement signed by the company and you.
5.4 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
5.5 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
