Faultless service, would really recommend!! Boiler had broken in the morning and was fixed by Georgios within 3 hours of calling!! Adam was a great engineer who explained the issue very clearly to us. Very reasonably priced also!

We have used Georgio’s for years and we will continue to do so. They’re extremely helpful, this time round, they managed to get all work (there was a lot) booked in quickly keeping in mind our moving in day. Which we are really appreciative of, thanks to Kelly at the office who arranged it all. Luke who completed the work was efficient and speedy and taking great care at the same time. Luke was approachable and really helpful I felt I could ask all questions I needed ask. Nothing was too much trouble, he even gave advice on something non related to the work being done. The Electrician Dan was also really Helpful and efficient I could ask him anything and he answered even explaining in depth so I could understand. The team have always been friendly and professional. Communication was great also from start to finish.

Having lost our hot water / heating one morning, Greg was with us within an hour of my initial call. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgable / honest explaining our issues in layman’s terms. He provided a temporary fix to get us by and was back the next day to fit the required parts. He also performed a full service at our request which was done to a very high standard with a detailed report. His support team (Kelly / Charis) are equally brilliant and communicative. We can honestly say we won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again!

Didn't have to wait long for the engineer to come and service the boiler. Last service people used to keep me waiting weeks or not come at all. Did a much more thorough service than the previous service people. Even provided a report following the service detailing what had been done and the state of the boiler. Never had a report before. Overall, very impressed with the service.

Staff always helpful from the ladies who answer the phone to the engineers who come out. I like that they let you know the name of the engineer to aprox time of arrival. There work is first class and tidy up after them. Have used both the gas and electrical services and would recommend them

Excellent service, delivered over the Christmas period and allowing my 86 year old mum to get her heating back on. Initial site visit diagnosed the problem quickly and we were issued with an accurate estimate for the work required. Adam attended on the day, was quick and thorough and fixed the issue for us. Excellent communication from Cheris by email and text in the period leading up to Adam's visit allowed us to plan around when he arrived and reassure my mum that the issue was being resolved as quickly as possible.
